Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront before the processing of any order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement, subject to a 5% restock fee (30% for bulk orders). The restock fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns

• Due to the nature of overseas shipping, returns are not accepted for Bulk Orders. Please be sure to verify your order before confirming payment.

• ​We can accept returns on sealed product within 48 hours of delivery. Any boxes showing signs of opening or tampering will not be accepted. ​

Shipping

• All orders are shipped once full payment is received and processed. Delivery times may vary based on shipping method and location. SlothGames is not responsible for delays due to postal services or customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Items

• While we take every effort to pack items securely, SlothGames is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Product Availability

• All items are subject to availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified, and a full refund for the item will be issued.
